Little Owls Seacroft is an Ofsted Outstanding rated nursery in the centre of Seacroft, Leeds LS14. The nursery is conveniently placed near the A64 and main commuter routes into Leeds.

We welcome children from three months to five years.

Learning and activities

At Little Owls Seacroft we are passionate about encouraging children’s natural instincts to explore and investigate, offering high quality and interesting activities.

Our highly trained staff are supported by qualified teachers offering Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum support, as well as in-house lead practitioners in subjects such as maths, language and communication. Children enjoy free imaginative play in our tree-lined gardens. They follow their needs and interests to try a range of activities, as well as taking part in small group sessions. Educational activities boost children’s communication and language development, and we offer individual support plans for children with specific needs.

Keeping in touch

The Little Owls Seacroft team create secure relationships with families and offer continuous support. Each child has a key worker and a significant other, who know the child well and act as the main points of contact for families.

We keep in touch with parents using the free Tapestry app, an online journal sharing your child’s key moments, from lunch to photos of activities and detailed observations of their learning and progress.

SEND Support

Our team is very experienced in supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, and all staff have Tier 2 Autism awareness training. Little Owls Seacroft has received OFSTED recognition for SEND support. Our building is wheelchair accessible, with disabled parking and a hearing induction loop in the entrance.
