With a network of Little Owls nurseries across Leeds, we’re always keen to hear from people who are passionate about working in childcare.
Every day is different, from bringing fairy tales to life at story time to creating finger paint masterpieces. Our staff build great relationships with children and support them to learn and grow in confidence.
We recruit staff with relevant childcare qualifications. Every year we also recruit apprentices who go on to permanent employment once qualified.

Little Owls nurseries are run by Leeds City Council, and our staff enjoy excellent public sector working conditions.
“I started working for Little Owls Nurseries eight years ago. I spent three years working as a childcare assistant within the nursery room. When a job opportunity came available to become an assistant manager, I was encouraged and supported to go for it by the team and managers.
